We loved the hotel! not only a great location, but the attached cafe always had a fun event going on or live music. Excellent staff and clean rooms. We always waved hello and good night to the dinosaurs

Good Facility and Staff was great for what they can control inside the building. The room is different than most hotels with the sink, Toilet, and wet room/tub all separate. Air Conditioner was strong and worked for heating or cooling. Some key things to note, there is a rental outdoor basketball court right next to the hotel where some random screaming can be heard if your room window is close enough. The smoking area is outside the hotel near the front entrance. Also they do not facilitate luggage delivery to the other hotels. The staff called by tablet to help translate. The responsibility is on you to fill out the form correctl,y and use the services at the nearest Combini or Post office. Otherwise the room was clean, the service that was provided was good and hotel is in a central area for shopping, trains, dontonburi, Shinsekai. Osaka castle and USJ require a transfer on the trains. I would book again with a window far away from the basketball court and with some practice filling out the Luggage delivery from.

the hotel was amazing! if the dinosaurs were having an issue a worker was right out to hope. the room was comfy. I highly recommend it!
