Fantastic

Stayed with partner

We had a wonderful stay! The bed was so comfortable, the best I’ve ever had in a hotel. The included breakfast had a very large selection of japanese and western items. The staff was really helpful and even run to us to offer an umbrella when they noticed we were going outside during heavy rain. I wish I had planned to stay for two nights instead of only one. I will definitely stay there again if I go back to Beppu.

Breakfast is good and located in city center and right in front of the pier. However, the building is really beat up.

Great value for the price; would book again. It's a bit old but our Japanese style room was large and comfy. The staff was very nice. We did not have the chance to try the onsen but the free breakfast was delicious.
