Simply superb friendly staff service from the minute we checked in & throughout our entire stay. A new standard in hotel hospitality. Quiet & convenient location. Authentic Japanese bathing facilities on top floor. Good choice of western food choices for breakfast. Modern decor & very clean.

Solo stay

A cab driver informed me that this hotel used to be a “Nikki Hotel” associated with the Japan Airlines. I stayed at their suite and found that it was very spacious and comfortable and offered a lot of accesses to the Bigan district.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. It was nice to finally have comfortable beds and pillows. Many of the hotels that we stayed at weren’t that comfortable. The location was excellent. Love it there. ❤️
