Check in instructions were pretty clear. Contact the hotel ahead of time to deliver luggage via services like Yamato. The stay was pleasant as I enjoyed the area. The bed was a bit stiff and I had an issue with the room but the staff quickly resolved it. The whole room feels more like an apartment and the kitched amenities are quite nice.

Room was not clean at all ... Layers and layers of dust were on the shelves and furniture Plus ... There was incredible noise EVERY night between 3 AM and 4 AM ... It's sounded like someone was repairing their car engine or something ... Just ... Insanity!
