The staff was very friendly and very helpful. The a/c worked fine, and the room was very clean and comfortable.

とても親切に対応していただき、朝、チェックアウト時はドリンクの声掛けをしていただきました。滞在時間は短かったけど、朝、部屋の窓から見る景色や朝の静かさ、下関のここに泊まって良かったと思いました。ありがとうございました

泊まるだけだったので、値段の安さが助かりました。しっかり休むことができました。

GWに利用しました。 設備自体は古かったが、きちんと整備されていて、お部屋もとても清潔で快適でした。 エアコンが全体で統一らしくこの時期は暖房しかつかなかったので、暑い時は窓を開けてくださいと言われたので、ずっと窓を開けてました。まぁ、それでちょうどいい感じでした。 唐戸市場まで歩いて行ける距離なので、立地的にはとてもいいと思います。 また、利用したいと思います。

This was a pleasant hotel once we found it! If you put in Simonosekiosakaya into any maps or uber app to get a taxi it does not recognise it. The name of the hotel is Osakaya so please use that when searching- although that also did not work on some apps so we had to find it on the map ourselves. This spoilt our first day and we wasted nearly an hour! Lovely views from our spacious room

夕食がホテルでは取れない。

下関駅からはバスですぐに着いて、唐戸地区に徒歩で簡単に繰り出すことができ、良い立地です。室内の設備は昭和な雰囲気が残りますが、アメニティは必要充分でした。部屋の照明がやや暗いのと、空調が全館管理で細かい温度調節ができず、少し暑かったことが気になりました。総合的には良いホテルでした。

大浴場はありません。 唐戸市場へのアクセスは最高です。 駐車場ありません、向かいの有料駐車場を利用して下さい。

When we arrived to check in at the hotel, there was already a different customer in the room. When we went back to the main lobby, we had to wait in the lobby for over an hour before the staff got us a room. They did not provide updates either. They just asked us to wait. Any update they did provide to us was provided in Japanese and they clearly knew that I could not understand Japanese. Overall, the staff worked urgently to fix the issue, but it was not clear what they were doing and it was frustrating. The staff simply apologized, but did not provide any complimentary service for our inconvenience. The room was fine, but the wait was much too long.
