The Hotel is clean and beautiful. Staffs are nice and helpful. Location is good, being close to a railway, but the Tokyo Metro Pass cannot be used for the railway.

transport access:2 metro stations nearby 190 meter shijo mae and 300 meter shin toyosu so its very easy to go to any location

Really clean and convenient room amenities. A little far from main city attractions but the area is quiet and peaceful. It has a 24 hour convenience store located downstairs as well.

lacking of onsite facilities, eg. virtually nothing exits apart from a Natural Lawson shop next door?? ice machine and iron facility and that’s pretty much it.. the rest are ordinary..

I chose this hotel specifically to be close to Teamlabs. great hotel, modern clean and spacious. excellent facilities and excellent staff - thank you so much! breakfast is average but for 2400yen pp I think is reasonable and convenient. transport access is good with train station and bus closeby.. though not the major lines. quiet at night.. certainly not like Shinjuku if that suits you better, but I am fine with the quiet location. overall would recommend if you spend more time in the nice spacious room working or are happy to use more public transport. for tourist looking for the Tokyo buzz and lights, Shibuya or Shinjuku will probably be more your style.
