clean rooms, affordable and approachable staffs. must book!the free water and coffee is sooooo giving 🙏🏻 our Thailand stay is very nice with this hotel closer to pratunam market, Big C and Platinum mall.

the location is near the pratunam market which very convenient. the room is clean and even though its near a busy location it is quiet. the staff are super nice and accommodating. the only downside was room assigned to us was located at 4th floor, considering the age of my parents, they were having hard time to climb up. thankfully the staff helped us with bringing our luggage to our room.

accessible area, always clean and staffs are kind and proactive.

Excellent location, just walking distance away from the large shopping malls like Platinum mall and Central World, Thai massage salons and authentic restaurants. Staff are also very accommodating.

Staffs are very accomodating. rooms are clean and very comfortable

this room is perfect for a big size family. i chose this to make sure my sister is in the same room with my senior parents. clean, spacious, and near to everything you might need. street food vendors opens very early for your breakfast needs.

location is very ideal. walking distance to platinum mall and amny other food and clothung shops. will choose this place again next time.

Pratunam Family House 2 is a hidden gem near Pratunam Market — close enough to walk to the shopping area, yet far enough to avoid the noise from the crowd. The location is perfect for a comfortable stay. The hosts are very easy to communicate with and were accommodating with our requests. Overall, a convenient and pleasant place to stay. Cleanliness is okay. considering that the facility is not that new, so don't expect too much. Great value for money.
