The staff and the owner are very accommodating and nice. There is an elevator which is very important. If you鈥檙e a party person this place is very near to party clubs. Moreover, they don鈥檛 have free water so you have to buy for yourself. The room is clean and you can ask for additional blankets or extra bed if you need 1. I

We didn鈥檛 stay here overnight since we had to travel to Sapa at night, but our short stay was pleasant. They accommodated our early check-in request for an additional fee. Overall, I would recommend this place.
