Excellent hotel, near to main train station. Cool vibe and staff extremely helpful

Clean, spacious rooms and consistently friendly staff, from reception to the café and restaurant. The location is excellent, right next to the main train station and a large shopping centre, with the Old Town just a short, pleasant walk away. The room was well equipped with a fridge, a coffee machine and a water purifier, which was very convenient. The bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning was easy to adjust. A special thanks to the member of staff at the coffee bar who went the extra mile (working on 9 July) – unfortunately I didn’t catch his name. The hotel also has a gym and sauna, although we didn’t have time to use them. The Asian restaurant was a pleasant surprise too; as an Asian myself, I found the flavours to be very authentic. Overall, I’d happily stay here again.

The hotel was beautiful, easily accessible from the station, and the staff were fantastic!

Hip cool hotel with great Cafe Lounge and restaurant very convenient to the station and the Old Town

Great location, walking distance to Glowny train station as well as Old Town. Room was clean and had water purifier so could make drinking water. Shower was great, bed and pillows were comfortable. Room was also equipped with steamer for clothes. Did not eat breakfast or use gym.

Super cool boutique hotel that is close to the train station and close to the center of old town Krakow. The staff was amazing and the breakfast buffet was fantastic. Very clean room.
