Fantastic
Room was clean and had everything that you could need. TV, fridge, walk in shower, etc. Staff were helpful and friendly. Had a fantastic stay and would definitely stay again.

Overall it was OK. Location was 30 min walk to Old Town, tram wasn't operated, otherwise would be a nice location. Would be great to have slippers and shower cap in the room instead of having to ask receptionist twice for them. We could hear sounds of upper room's guests (when they walked, coughed) from the room.

Solo stay

I absolutely loved staying in this hotel. I am fairly regularly in Krakow but so far stayed rather in the old town. Hotel is still new and is located a short taxi ride from the old town. But be aware of match days - it will be a noisy and congested place where taxis may struggle to get to. Room was finished in dark colours and I absolutely loved the decor. Reception staff were very helpful.

Wojtek at the front desk was SUPER helpful. Very knowledgeable of the area. Answered all of our questions with great interest. Very much a gentleman. The property is new, chic, and very-well designed. We came back to the property to finish our Krakow trip, because we liked it so much. Thanks Wojtek!
