Even though I asked for a nonsmoking room but you can still smell the cigarettes everywhere. Awful.

Solo stay · For business and leisure

A big regret in Hangzhou on this trip was deciding to stay in Hampton by Hilton in Future Technology City. It began at check in when I tried to pay at the reception desk and 2 of my cards bounced and were subsequently locked. This process turned out to take 45 mins, resulted in me have to pay my home phone carrier $20 for use of the phone so the cc companies could send me text verification codes. All this to find out that even though it says otherwise on the Expedia site, the hotel does not accept Master cards. This was brutal . I ended up having to work with Expedia to cancel my reservations and then try to book the property again so I could pay online. Spent another hour doing this. The room itelfs looked well maintained but in the end I got tons of bug bites all over my legs and arms. my legs and arms.sure.nt to
