We had the absolute best experience at illi rug hamamatsucho! Traveling as a family of four (my wife, kids, and me), the room was remarkably spacious and comfortable. Having a kitchen with a dining table, fridge, and stovetop was a game-changer—we loved taste-testing Japanese instant ramen before deciding which ones to pack home! The hospitality was unmatched. We arrived an hour early without notice, but staff spotted us outside and checked us in right away. Throughout our 10-day stay, they generously stocked us with free snacks and water. When our AC had a minor issue, the host fixed it immediately and even offered us a temporary room. The location in Minato City is ideal: just a 5-minute walk to Daimon Station, surrounded by endless dining options and great bars. Our entire stay was 100% stress-free. We can't thank the incredible staff enough for making our trip so special. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Japan!
