Hotel location is within Old Quarter and walking distance to different sites. prompt and helpful responses to our inquiries via phone, seamless check in. clean room with fresh linens. Very helpful and courteous concierge and reception. salute and big thank you to the Hotel Manager KATE, and to the very attentive reception Duran and Hannah. they all went out of their way help us. thank you so much

Kate and the team were very helpful and accommodating. They even helped us purchase a birthday cake for my friend, which was really thoughtful. The beds were really comfortable. The room isn't very big, but you can easily arrange your luggage on the floor, and it’s still good for three people. The food is decent and very delicious, especially the pho — although the menu doesn’t change often. I also loved their lemon cucumber drink! The fruits and vegetables were very fresh, which was a nice touch. The hotel is about a 10-minute walk to Cafe Giang and Hoan Kiem Lake, which is super convenient. If I ever come back to Hanoi, I’ll definitely book this hotel again.
