新しいためかとても清潔で、部屋にレンジと洗濯機がついていて最高に快適でした。フロントの方もとっても親切でした。次回ハノイに来ることがあったらまた必ずここを選びます。 ネックはシャワーの水圧が弱いところと、旧市街からまあまあ離れていること（タクシーで20分程度、Grabで600円近くかかります）でもとっても静かです。

Very clean! Perfect apartment, modern and new! Great service! Kind and helpful staff! However the room was very cold, the ac only blew cold air even when i adjusted it. But my biggest concern was the bathroom/shower. Water stays hot just for a short while. But the biggest issue was that water is leaking out from tha shower to the rest of the bathroom and it stayed there, it didn't drain.

Tôi đáp chuyến bay đến nơi khá muộn khoảng 11:30 đêm, tuy nhiên lễ tân vẫn đón tiếp rất nhiệt tình, bảo vệ còn ra tận xe mở cửa và giúp tôi mang hành lý, việc nhận phòng diễn ra khách nhanh chóng và thuận tiện, căn phòng vẫn còn rất mới, bài trí trong phòng đơn giản nhưng khá hiện đại và trẻ trung, đầy đủ đồ dùng nhà bếp và có cả máy giặt. Hôm sau tôi muốn tham quan căn 2 phòng ngủ để lần tới ra cùng bạn bè, tôi đoán đây là căn phòng rộng nhất ở đây với 2 phòng ngủ và 1 sân lớn ở phía trước, buổi chiều đón trọn vẹn hoàng hôn Hà Nội, tôi không nghỉ ở Hà Nội đông đúc mà lại có 1 nơi lãng mạn như vậy. Chắc chắn tối sẽ trở lại đây vào một ngày có nắng để thưởng thức trọn vẹn buổi chiều hoàng hôn Hà Nội!!!
