Stayed with kids

The a/c shut off before bedtime and resisted any effort to re-start it. In fairness we did not call down to the desk at that point. Displaying a mind of its own it magically turned itself back on at 6am in the following morning, certainly precious little use in facilitating a good night's sleep

They have no ice buckets in the room went down to ask for one was told they don't have any and was given a small white garbage bag for ice. But overall clean and bright easy to get on and off the highway

Basic hotel, but we were happy with the clean/inviting/updated room, parking was easy/accessible/location accessible to Quebec City, Chaudiere Falls, nice complementary coffee options near reception. Currently under renovation, therefore some work may be ongoing during day hours in hallway. Pricey vending machine. Normandine Restaurant next door and they offer 20% off (we didnt have the chance to try it).
