The staff were very friendly, accommodating, and approachable, and they communicated well in English. The room was clean and well-maintained, although it was a bit small and not very spacious. The hotel also has an elevator, which is convenient, but it can accommodate only up to four people at a time. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and appreciated the warm and helpful service from the staff.

The location of the hotel was very good, with pharmacies, restaurants, and beer houses all nearby, making it very convenient to walk around and explore the area. The surroundings were lively, especially at night, which may be one reason why many travelers choose this hotel.l However, the breakfast experience was disappointing. I would rate it 3/10 because the food did not seem well prepared. There were a lot of small cockroaches around the dining area, which was very concerning, especially for families with children. The breakfast options were also very limited, mostly bread and butter that did not look fresh, and the strawberry jam also appeared old and not newly served. As for the cleanliness and condition of the hotel, it feels quite old and could really use some renovations, such as repainting and overall maintenance to improve the atmosphere and comfort of the stay. Overall, I would rate our experience 6/10.

We came early in the hotel around 6AM and the receptionist is very kind enough to accomodate us. He offered an early check in but we need to pay additional fee of 300K which is all good because we came from a long trip. We also eat breakfast for an additional of 3$ for me and my husband. Breakfast is fine. Have multiple option of meat, rice, veges, fruits, bread, coffee and tea. We stayed there for 2 nights. Room is wide and clean. Our only concerned on our 1st day was the aircon which is not working properly but kudos to the manager and all the staff because they give us another room with good aircon. They even let us borrow a fan if ever the aircon wont work. The location is convinient. Inside the old quarter, surrounded with food stalls, spas, laundry shop and more. We did late night walks and is able to attend night market! So much fun! Highly recommended!

worthy of hanoi vacation , staff were really friendly and attentive with our needs.. food was excellent and tasty , location wise is superb , center to all atractions.. room was great, everyday rooms are cleaned and equipped and we love it.. thank you soo much
