The hotel is just average, no breakfast, no complimentary water but food is readily available as soon as you step outside of the hotel. Location was great for walking around Hanoi Old Quarter. Very close to Saint Joseph Cathedral church and just 10 mins walk to Hoan Kiem lake. The room is in order but the bathroom need more cleaning. We noticed that they only have one cleaner so i think very difficult for them to clean the room everyday. They never change also our towels and toiletress so we used the same towels and toothbrush for 6 days. We availed their taxi service from the airport to the hotel for 20 USD. Too late to realize that grab car is much cheaper. Overall 'twas a safe stay and that is what matters.

Fantastic

We booked overnight but extended to stay for 6 days. The hotel is located in old quarter where you can find everything! Not a big hotel but it is nice and clean. I really love the shower head with very good water supply. Good value for money.
