I had a nice stay overall at Intown Residence. The hotel is quite old, which you can tell from details like the room key still being a physical key rather than a card. The room itself is decent and comes with basic amenities, so it’s comfortable enough for a short stay. One downside for me was the bed. It felt quite hard and I did experience some back discomfort. That said, the location is a big plus. It’s especially great during Songkran since the area isn’t too crowded, and it’s about a 15–20 minute walk to the MRT/BTS. It’s also conveniently accessible to the pier for trips to IconSiam. Overall, it’s good value for money, especially if location and affordability are your priorities.
