客室、設備は清潔で良い状態でした。一番嬉しかったのはサービスでした。フライパンが経年劣化していたので、新しいものと変えて頂いたり、担当者とのLINEでのリアルタイムのコミュニケーションのお陰で清掃や、プールのヒーティング等、手軽に要請することが出来たのが非常に良かったです。

特にコミュニケーションを取ることなく、LINEを使いチェックイン、チェックアウトすることが出来ました。 朝食付きプランで予約したのですが、連携のあるお店で券を使いご飯を食べれたのが良かったです！ 食器類、虫よけスプレー、蚊取り線香、洗濯機も完備されていてとても快適に過ごすことが出来ました！ ただ、シャワー室が少し使いづらかったかなーと思います！ それ以外はすごく良かったです！ 機会があればまた利用したいです！

壊れてるトイレ、ドライヤー プールには沢山の虫。 フライパンは油まみれ 最近できたとなっていたが、高い金を払って泊まるほどでもないかな。 それだったら近くのホテルが綺麗で、設備も揃ってるのでそっちにすればよかったなぁーと。

整體不錯 但雖經小路到達酒店且沒有明確路牌 建議在路口及附近增加提示標止 另外建議在別墅公共地方增加自動零食及飲品售賣機會令住客更方便

プールが広く、宿泊施設の方も気さくで良くして下さいました。台風が近づいている中での滞在でしたが、プールが最大限楽しめたので子供達は大満足でした！ また伺いたいと思います^_^ 本当にありがとうございました⭐︎

プールが最高 天気が晴れてたらもっと最高 清潔感もあってまた泊まりたいと思いました。 ただ、コーヒー用の砂糖とミルクがあれば文句なしでした！
