Small room , even smaller bathroom. Bathroom looked poorly maintained with deteriorating door trim. Dirty windows. Not worth the money. Breakfast was mediocre. Staff didn’t seem to enjoy there job. Location is great and really the only positive about this hotel.

Lovely Grand Hotel. Rooms were clean & spacious. Very comfortable bed. Location was excellent, right by Trafalgar Square, and within walking distance of Buckingham Palace, Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, SoHo, The Thames etc. Also easy walking distance to trains & tubes.

Great location, rooms were okay, very clean, great bed! Considering the location, I think price was a great value. Nice buffet breakfast (not included in our rate).
