Love this hotel! from welcome drink, from the great hospitslity, to the very clean pool, amazing breakfast and even checking out gave out the best service everyone shall experience! 100% recommending this hotel.

The staff were very nice and accomodating. The only downside was there were no elevators so I had to carry my luggages up to 4th floor haha.

good location to relax. breakfast was great. the service provided was good. room service cannot be rated as we did not need housekeeping services.

The location of the hotel is convenient. Its close to cafes, restaurants and drinking spots in the city. Despite it's proximity you're not disturbed by the noise of these establishments once you're in the room. The service of the staff has been stellar! 10/10 would I would recommend this hotel.

U Nimman Chiang Mai truly impressed me. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Nimman, next to Maya, with everything you need just a short walk away. Despite being in such a lively area, the hotel still feels calm, clean, and welcoming. The breakfast was a standout. It runs from 6:30am to 11am, much longer than most hotels, and the variety and quality were excellent. I never felt rushed, which made mornings feel so much more relaxed. The 24-hour check-in/check-out service is another huge plus. It makes the whole stay incredibly convenient, especially for travellers with odd flight times. Rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the staff were consistently warm, helpful, and professional. The rooftop pool and gym added a nice touch, offering a peaceful escape with great views. Overall, an amazing experience, highly recommended and definitely a hotel I’d return to.
