Super loved the room so much! Clean, organized and it smells good even the CR. We had no problem sleeping. The aircon was cold and the lighting is perfect. Though they should provide bedroom slippers. The pool was pretty but not heated. My baby did not swim that long because of the cold weather. Overall, we had a great time at this hotel and looking forward to coming back. also, food on the restaurant at the 6th floor was delicious. thanks!

Our overall experience was great because of the service of the staff. Very welcoming, attentive and friendly as well as the staff of their restaurant (Tong Kyung Am). Very easy to communicate/interact with them when you have questions or you need help with something. I'm grateful for them. However, in terms of their room style/amenities, it has rooms for improvement like the doors of their built in closet (in our room), it doesn't close fully unless you properly close it, but you know it does the job so I didn't mind. The style of the bed is still the spring type bed-it's still soft and comfy for me but I think I wouldn't recommend it if the person staying has orthopedic issues because it may not gonna be comfy for them when they rest/sleep. The lighting of the room was okay/good, it's just that some parts of the room, like the vanity table in my case, lacks the lighting it needs but I like the warm color the room has. Also their electrical sockets need to be adjusted because it was all very loose when you plug like your phone charger. We had to position our chargers in a certain way so we can charge our phones. 😅 In my honest opinion, if you're the type of person/tourist that's very meticulous in everything, this hotel might not be the one for you, but I would definitely recommend this hotel in terms of their service and if you need a budget friendly hotel that's close to the seaside/bay. We really enjoyed that we're near in convenience stores (7/11 and Uncle John's) and other restaurants (Tong Kyung Am, Shakey's, Peri-Peri Chicken etc./coffee shop (727 coffee).
