Checking in was pleasant, and the room was clean and well equipped. The only minor issue was that the provided purified water bottles were a little difficult to open—but no big deal. The pool was great and very clean. My girls had so much fun! Breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection, and we appreciated that some items were changed the next day. The hotel is also very well connected to Sunway Lagoon, making it incredibly convenient. Overall, the experience was awesome. We will definitely be back!

Staff are friendly and even though they are not able to check us in earlier, they managed to get connecting rooms and pass one room earlier while waiting for the other room to be cleaned. Overall great stay and convenient to malls and amenities.
