walkable to SM Bacolod, Baywalk and Capitol Lagoon! Big rooms. good internet and friendly staff. Price is good. I can say it is a very decent budget hotel managed by Oriental Hotels

Very friendly and helpful staff. Place is neat and they provide us with basic amenities suck wifi, towels, bath soap, shampoo, lotion, hair dryer. Place is also near SM and other commerials areas.

i think this is the nicest hotel here in Bacolod, this is a very stylish and well maintained hotel. love everything including the free breakfast, we also love the restaurant for dinner and all their staff’s were welcoming and helpful.

the service was great, although we didn't avail the early check in cause of fully booking, but the extended hours we avail was approved. the transport access also was accessible and easy to locate.

The place is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I really loved the hot shower, and the location is a huge plus—very close to the mall and several tourist spots. Unfortunately, there was a typhoon during our visit, but it helped that the area was easily accessible and we could book a Grab without any trouble. We also appreciated the 24/7 security and the direct phone line to the receptionist, who assisted us whenever we needed anything.
