How can I cancel and refund my Taiwan High Speed Rail ticket?

Before you pick up your ticket

Go to Bookings at least 30 minutes before your scheduled departure time. Select your Taiwan High Speed Rail booking and cancel your ticket.

You can also ask staff at a Taiwan High Speed Rail ticket collection counter to cancel and refund it for you.

For add-on items, contact customer support after canceling your rail ticket and we'll process any refund you're eligible for. Add-on refunds follow the terms and conditions of that item and your original ticket.

After you pick up your ticket

Go to the nearest Taiwan High Speed Rail ticket collection counter or partner convenience store. A NT$20 handling fee applies per refunded ticket. After deduction of the fee, rest amount will be refunded in cash on the spot. Ask the counter or store for proof of cancellation and refund.
