the hotel is in strategic location. within walking distance to the 1utama shopping mall. the room was spacious and clean, and hotel staff was very helpful and friendly towards us. the breakfast place is spacious with wise variety of foods and drinks. definately will be coming back for next holiday.

Overall, I had a very pleasant experience from the moment I checked in. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the cleanliness throughout the hotel was excellent. One of the things I appreciated most — which may seem small to some but meant a lot to me — was the parking rate of RM4 per day throughout my stay, with no additional charges after check-out. That was truly convenient and thoughtful. I have only a minor comment regarding the bathroom in the room. I believe the floor level could be reviewed or adjusted slightly, as water tends to flow out from the toilet area and make the front section wet, especially if used by children. Apart from that, everything else was truly satisfying. Thank you to your team for the warm hospitality and great service.

breakfast was great. relatively new hotel with huge lobby. walkway to room is dim though for a solo traveller can be abit scary. comfy bed and water pressure for shower is ok. loved the shampoo smells very good. overall good stay and value for price.

comfortable and clean. Breakfast is the best part, with many choices and good services. It's my second time staying in this hotel. My girl love the kids club! Many parking space, and free parking. We just need to validate our card everytime before going out. Overall, Im satisfied with it. Will come back again!

hotel location is perfect! easy to look out for foods. staffs friendly. easy to check in and out. minus 1 point on the parking. parking bertingkat sempit. but overall, all ok and smooth staycation.
