Mr. Tung was our driver. We booked him for a round trip with overnight stay in Tam Coc village. He was polite, punctual, and super helpful. Honestly, booking a car for travelling in Vietnam via Klook is safe, reliable, and professional.

Such a great limousine that have a spacious room and massage chair, super clean and comfy. Mr Hao such a great and experienced driver, he is so calm to drive in the mid of fog down the hill, even we can’t see anything within 1m because of the bad weather. Unfortunately he only drop us 1 time to rest area for 6 hours trip😝. Even Mr Hao cannot speak english, but we all feel safe and comfy on our way back to Hanoi. Thank You Mr Hao

Driver was on time and drove well. We arrived safely. The vehicle is also well maintained and had enough space for our luggage. The driver makes sure to clean the vehicle after every use since it was rainy when we went so the van had foot prints. Good service!

Driver was punctual and responsive, skilled in navigating the foggy weather in Sapa. Google translate helped for easier communication with the driver. Private charter is pricer but useful if your chosen hotel is further from Sapa’s city centre and you want to relax.
