Best tour, and best tour guide. Really thankful for Tony, not just for showing us around and for sharing everything about penangs' history, but also, even to the extent of sending us to a coffee shop and to a food center WITHOUT charges. Really appreciate his efforts and hospitality.

The three of us arrived on a cruise ship and only had a few hours in Penang. Our tour guide, William, was wonderful. He picked us up in his car at the port, took us to the Kek Lok Si temple and guided us to the best photo spots and the most interesting sites. He spoke good English and was very helpful. He parked at the very top so we didnโt have to walk up in the heat. Then he drove us down to every level and also gave us some free time to explore. After the temple he drove us to Penang Hill. It looked like it was about to rain, so William customized the schedule to show us as much as possible in the short time. The line to Penang Hill funicular was extremely long, if we were in a regular line it probably would have taken us an hour, but the tour included fast pass tickets, which was wonderful! William guided us ahead of the line, shows where to sit for the best views and walked with us to all the highlight on the hill. It was really a perfect tour and good value for the money. Highly recommend!

Mr. Ong did an excellent job in making our short trip worth every penny. we communicated ahead that we will be visiting the Habitat, and he agreed. The fast lane ticket made our entire Penang Hill trip smooth. He made special arrangment to drop us by a nearby food hub. Mr. Ong is easy to go with, not arrogant nor hot headed. He us very patient and a very good driver. For a private tour of 3, it was surely a trip to remember.

Tour guide Ricky Ooi had been in close contact with me before I set off. The original itinerary specified a meeting at Long Cheng Hotel. He flexibly arranged to pick us up at our hotel in George Town, which made us feel at ease ๐๐ป and arrived at the hotel in advance. He introduced us to the precautions and items of the relevant itinerary, so that we arrived at Penang Hill as soon as possible and took the first cable car ๐ก and guided us to the best position in the car to enjoy the scenery along the way ๐๐ป Advance reminder of various attractions, the wonderful places made us dazzled ๐๐ป The most exciting thing was that under his guidance, I enjoyed a perfect sunrise for the first time in history ๐
The red sun suddenly rose on the horizon, which was shocking ๐คฉ Because it had just rained the day before, the sky was extremely bright, showing golden clouds, even the people on the day shouted that they had never seen it before, and finally saw a rainbow ๐ It is really a rare opportunity ๐ง๐ปโโ๏ธ The most fortunate thing is that we were able to bump into Vicky, who has more than 30 years of tour guide experience. His professionalism is impeccable. The angle of the story of each attraction is very good. He also took care of our needs and took us to the Siam Sisters Curry Noodle Shop, which has won Michelin for two consecutive years, for breakfast and tasted the taste of food ๐๐ป RICKY is very experienced in leading private tours. He knows that customers have their own preferences, so he arranged flexible time and introduced the characteristics of the market in detail first, gave us time to move freely, and also treated us to the local specialty fried bananas ๐๐๐ป When we were finally sent back to the hotel, it was still before 3:00 pm. He used his previous status to help us successfully lobby the hotel to let us check in early ๐๐ป Next time I come to Penang, I must find Ricky as a private tour guide ๐๐ป He is really a five-star tour guide ๐คฉ I sincerely recommend it to everyone ๐๐ป๐๐ป๐๐ป

great tour. long drive. guide Mac Paul was fantastic as usual. this is my 3rd tour with him. highly recommend his tours. I was a bit disappointed in the tea place. they should offer a paid tasting. 5 flavors for a price. they only sell large cups of everything.

I booked this trip one day before the departure date through Klook apps. Once booking done, we were informed through WhatsApp what to do and bring for the next day. The tour agent also sent information on vehicle plat number and driver name to us. On the next day, the driver pickup us from our hotel in Shangri la Resort Tanjung Aru. We were told by the driver, Johnson, that this trip took total 4 hours to and fro. (300km). 1st stop we took some picture at view point. It depends on the weather whether you can see the mountain or not. 2nd destination we were dropped at the Desa Dairy Farm. The trip included each one with 1 original fresh milk 250ml. Do try out the fresh youghurt , its yummy. 3rd we stopped by to fish feeding. 4th station we are brought to see Rafflesia , the world largest flower in Asia which tooks 9 months to develope and it has only 7 days once blomming. Do rmbr to bring enough cash in Ringgit Malaysia (entrance fee Rm30)to see Rafflesia and also enough bottle water as they do not provide water throughout the trip. After that we were brought for lunch. if you do not want to enter the hotspring, you may rest at the dining place. The last station we tried out the bbq roasted pork that tasted fantastic with a glass of teh tarik. Overall, its an well organised tour that worth the pay.

A really cool activity! Our guide, Safuan, was absolutely wonderful and gave us great explanations. The "jeep" ride in the open back alone was an experience. Very good drivers with experience on these steep, narrow roads... I recommend it!

We had a great experience with Gobi as our private tour guide from Kuala Lumpur to Colmar and back. The itinerary included stops at the Batu Cave, Batik retail, Japanese Garden, the nearby village, a rabbit farm, and Colmar itself. The entire journey was smooth and comfortable, thanks to Gobiโs excellent driving and well-maintained vehicle.
Gobi was knowledgeable, informative, and shared interesting insights throughout the trip, which made the experience even more enjoyable. We felt well taken care of from start to finish.
We would definitely consider using his companyโs services again when we return. Highly recommended for a relaxed experience.
