张家界导游阿金 was a very responsible, careful and knowledgeable guide who took effort to update, explain and share his experience and information on the sites we visited. The scenery were beautiful and picturesque... weather was great too. The hotel was comfortable and location was good too. Thumbs up too for the agent Tina following up on our bookings and arrangements, etc. Great job!

Ideal if you don't have a vehicle and want to see both towns in one day from Zhangjiajie. Quick visit to Furong but free time in Fengshuan. Both towns are magnificent.

Review: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5)
I had a fantastic experience with the online tour I booked! Everything was smooth from start to finish — the booking process was easy, the itinerary was well-organized, and the guides were knowledgeable and engaging. I loved how the tour blended cultural insights with fun experiences, and it felt both personal and professional. It was a perfect balance of sightseeing and unique local moments. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a well-curated and memorable experience without the hassle of planning everything themselves!

Thanks to our handsome and kind guide, Ashui (Ye Jurong), we had a comfortable, safe, and breathtaking trip. The itinerary started with Tianmen Mountain on the first day, followed by Yuanjiajie, Yangjiajie, and Tianzi Mountain on the second day, and finished at Huangshizhai and Jin鞭溪 (Golden Whip Stream) on the third day. Everything we saw was mesmerizing, like a utopia, and the scenery was mysterious and unforgettable. It is a natural heritage site that you must see before you die. The accommodation arranged by the guide was very large and clean, and it was close to the food night market and performance hall, so we could spend the evenings without any regrets. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and we ate a lot. The two-night stay was very comfortable, and there was nothing to be desired in terms of the shower, bed, and TV. For two dinners, we had traditional Chinese cuisine, which was so delicious that it completely changed our preconceptions. It was so delicious that my colleagues and I ate until we were full. Throughout the package schedule, our guide was always attentive to the guests, especially giving us plenty of time to wait for the restroom, and arranging enough time for taking pictures and free time, which made the trip comfortable and satisfying.
October in Zhangjiajie is cool and nice, but you should bring an umbrella, raincoat, and light padding in the mountains just in case.
If I come again, I will book this package again.
For your information,
We didn't go to Huanglong Cave, Baofeng Lake, or the Grand Canyon Glass Bridge.
After finishing the 3rd day, we can arrive at Zhangjiajie West Railway Station (high-speed railway station) around 12:30 PM, so you can book your train tickets accordingly.

Tour is good for those without transport to the various places of interest. personally not a fan of guided tour, so will only recommend to those who have interest in those. (1) furong; took a boat ride to the town - quite abit of walking in the small alleyways (do prepare umbrella or raincoat) and behind the waterfalls. (2) had catered lunch, third photo was a prepared meal in a lunch hall with many tour groups with performance (if this isn’t your kind of food, prep your own). (3) small visit to Miao tribe, with a short tour of the locals and their stories - my fav on the trip. (4) feng huang ancient town; entire river that was vendors trying to sell you photography and dress up services. small walk into the actual town that is filled with shops for souvenirs. dinner is OTOT; many food options available along the river (2nd floors) to catch the light up scenery. the whole journey started at 7:50am (pickup from hotel) and ended close to 11pm. speaking mandarine is a plus to comms.
