Things to do in Buda Castle

The trip is well worth it; you should go, especially choosing the time when the city lights up.

Budapest is the capital and largest city of Hungary, Vienna is the capital and largest city of Austria, and Bratislava is the capital and largest city of Slovakia — visiting all three in one journey made this trip truly special. This 13-hour day trip exceeded expectations. Crossing borders into three countries within a single day was both exciting and memorable, and the entire experience was well-organised and fulfilling. Our guide/driver, Martin, was exceptional. His driving was safe and smooth, and his historical explanations were insightful and engaging. Despite the group having diverse nationalities, age ranges, and different interests, he managed everything seamlessly and ensured everyone felt comfortable and well accommodated. One small suggestion for improvement: the transfer arrangement could be more comfortable. With 8 passengers, the vehicle felt slightly cramped. It would be ideal to either limit the group to 6 passengers or provide a larger vehicle for better comfort.

We had an amazing experience with Lutfi. He was very knowledgeable, funny and friendly and showed us as much as he could in the limited time we had. Lutfi got someone to take a group photo of us and then made an AI newspaper cutout about us visiting the Bratislava Castle (with all of us in suits), which was a funny and great personal touch. He also provided his recommendations for attractions and places to eat for each of the cities. In spite of a little inclement weather in the Buda side, we still got around to visiting all of the major attractions. Unfortunately, due to lack of time, we could not visit Gyor, although, from what I hear, it is not that remarkable to visit anyway. Please note that the Buda castle is not part of this tour as it takes hours to visit. All in all, I would highly recommend this trip, especially if it is with Lutfi! Pro tip: Request the guide to show you the Blue Church in Bratislava. It is small but really beautiful!

relaxing journey with nice musics, and audio in English was well explained. instead of having one drink staff served us 2 drinks. will be good if they allow us to use the toilet inside instead of asking us to use the toilet outside which eventually we have to used the plastic portable public toilet which is not in good conditon.
