2nd time back to the farm and still love it!! the animals are well kept! my fav part is the bird cage….so nice to interact with them and feed them! we miss all the shows as the timing was not rite and it started to rain….so sad….will have to go again…

It was a precious time for parents and children together^^ Everyone bravely and valiantly took each step. You're all so, so, so wonderful. It was unfortunate that Dad lost his glasses in the middle, but the staff really worked hard to find them~~ Thank you for saying you would drain the water and look for them again. Me and my friends enjoyed the experience in Farm in the City! The kids enjoyed too! I think, FITC is really suitable to bring kids where they can interact and pet direct the animals. Even us the adults enjoyed petting and interact with the animals too😄 Overall, we recommend this place!

a lot of animals to interact with but other exotic animal need to be in specific time if u want to hold it.. nice and clean environment. prfect place to come with small child but big child for me it gets boring just in 3 hours (my personal opinion no hate)

Check-in was after 4 PM, and it took a while to queue up because it was peak time. Many people were also checking in, even though three counters were open. It happened to coincide with a large group. The check-in process wasn't very smooth either. The registration staff said the booking number in Klook didn't match the system. Otherwise, the room was great, and the bed was awesome. There's a balcony to relax outside. There were ants on the carpet. The bathroom has a bathtub. Only basic amenities are provided: toothbrush, toothpaste, cotton bud, cotton pad, shower cap. No bathrobe. Breakfast was just average, nothing special. The teh tarik from the machine was a bit sweet. But the highlight was being able to make your own fruit juice. So next time, I don't need to get breakfast. The gym is the best, complete with everything. The pool is really family-friendly, really great. But the pool is outdoors, so it's quite hot in the afternoon because there's no shade. The kids loved the playroom so much they didn't want to leave. Check-out is really early, you have to check out by 11 AM. Even if you request a late check-out, it's only until 12 PM.

So far, the hotel is worth for a money. will repeat again if I need to stay in Bangi. the Digital Check-in really amaze me. Just keep the good work forever. the response also quite fast.
