The morning check‑in was very comfortable. While other tours were registering outside, Big Bus had a proper office with seating and restrooms, which made the start of the day much smoother. The coach was large, clean, and extremely comfortable for just 11 guests, and the driving was careful throughout. A must-visit attraction in Madrid! Otherwise, it's a wasted trip. I decided to go too late, and all single-ticket options were sold out. Luckily, I found a ticket that included a guided tour on Klook and immediately booked it. I'm so glad I got a ticket because the Royal Palace is truly magnificent and opulent. You have to see it in person to appreciate the beauty of the architecture.

Using the Art Pass is very simple; you just need to exchange your voucher at the counter. The price is also reasonable, and with it, you can enter the Thyssen Museum directly with your voucher.
