Everything on the boat as described, food super fresh and great selection of drinks to purchase if required. Beautiful boat, beautiful setting, amazing food and beautiful people what more could you ask for. Ps:- The musicians/dj where great, everyone enjoyed dancing..

For me, I really value the cleanliness of restrooms wherever I go, and I loved that the restrooms on this cruise were so clean! Not only that, but the guide, Tu, was friendly, which was great. The food was just okay, like other people reviewed!!! Thanks to the guide constantly taking care of us, I'm leaving after having a fun and enjoyable time eating and playing. I chose this because of the cost-effectiveness, but if it weren't cost-effective, honestly, the course itself is good, but it's too old, so I probably wouldn't come back! Here's a tip for Koreans: there are a LOT of Indonesians, so if you don't want to get involved with them when riding the bamboo boat or doing other activities, it's good to stick together with other Koreans and say, 'We're a group of 10-16 people.' Fortunately, we were able to ride together as a group. Otherwise, you might end up with bad memories with the Indonesians. You don't really need to know English. There's not much explanation in English, and you can have a great time if you can just say 'Okay' and 'Thank you.' But honestly, there's not much to see, and the time spent is too long, and the Indonesians don't have a sense of time, so I felt a little cheated, but I still had a fun time. I honestly don't think you need a Korean guide. Highly recommend!

Our Halong Bay tour was amazing, with stunning views of limestone cliffs and emerald waters. Sung Sot Cave was breathtaking with its magical rock formations, and Ti Top Island offered a rewarding climb to a panoramic view. The boat, food, and friendly staff made the whole experience smooth and unforgettable. Plus Tour leader “Lee” made our day amazing!!! Fully recommended!

We had an amazing time today on the cruise. Our guide T was amazing and very informative. We saw so much and enjoyd the itinerary a lo. definitely recommend as it is a very pleasant activity to do while in Vietnam.

We had the best experience with our tour guide, Tu, and the amazing Halong Bay Ambassador Cruise. The tour started with round-trip transportation in a luxurious bus, and once we arrived in Halong Bay, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast, lunch, and afternoon tea on the luxurious Ambassador Cruise. We also walked through limestone caves, played on the beach, and experienced canoeing, making it a very fun and fulfilling day. If you are considering several Halong Bay tours, you should definitely choose this one. The level of satisfaction is absolutely different. Also, our tour guide, Tu, was very knowledgeable and humorous, and he supported our family in a fun way. We are very grateful. Please visit Halong Bay and experience the Ambassador Cruise with Tu!

I took a cruise in Ha Long Bay for my mom's birthday :) The staff were really friendly! Especially the male guide who diligently provided information in Korean, and the female manager who took care to ensure I had no inconveniences during the cruise, thanks to them I had a more enjoyable time :) I think it's amazing how hard the many staff members work guiding all day and taking care of so many guests haha. I think I was able to safely enjoy the beautiful scenery thanks to the systematic operation :)

I'm glad I chose the Japanese-language guided tour since I'm not good at English. The weather was great all day, perfect for sightseeing. In the morning, the guide picked me up from my hotel in the Old Quarter. The meal on the boat wasn't a buffet, but shared among everyone at a table for six. I was asked about foods I didn't like on the bus, and I didn't eat mantis shrimp or shrimp. Drinks are charged separately. There are two unisex restrooms on the boat. Of course, you can't flush the toilet paper. You are free to go out on the deck to see Ha Long Bay and take pictures. First, we went to Sung Sot Cave. There were some ups and downs on the stairs, and some narrow parts in the one-way passage, but the inside was a fairly large limestone cave. Next was an activity at Luon Cave, either kayaking or on a boat rowed by a boatman. If you don't mind getting splashed and wet, kayaking might be more fun. And then we landed on Titop Island. Plastic bottled drinks are prohibited on Titop Island for environmental protection. Here, you can either relax on the beach or climb about 400 steps to the top and see the stunning view. You can also climb partway and return. There were a lot of tourists on the tour, so it was crowded, but I was able to climb the stairs slowly and it wasn't as hard as I thought it would be. The view of Ha Long Bay from above is amazing, so I recommend it. The sunset cruise was also wonderful. On the way back, I ate pho at a service area. We returned to the Old Quarter after 8:00 PM. The guide was very good at Japanese, gave detailed explanations, and was considerate, making it a fulfilling Ha Long Bay tour.
