Our experience at Mandarin Bay Resort and Spa was excellent — everything was seamless from airport pick-up to check-in and check-out. The staff were friendly, professional, and made our stay truly comfortable. The entire process, from arrival to departure, was smooth and well-coordinated. If there’s one area for improvement, it would be the Wi-Fi connection, which could be faster and more stable. We’d also love to see a wider variety of breakfast options, such as tocino, longaniza, or corned beef, to give guests more choices. Overall, a wonderful stay — we appreciated the warm service and smooth experience from start to end.

Place is huge, with lots of villas and pools to enjoy. What I loved the most is that they have so many pools! I’m a big fan of deep pools and water slides, so I was really happy to find one. Whole place feels so luxurious in person even better than in photos! The rates are also very affordable, and the stay comes with a delicious breakfast buffet. Staff and lifeguards were super kind and welcoming, and I want to give a huge thanks to the chefs and kitchen staff too! Thank you for making everyone’s mornings brighter. Hope the hotel can add more signages of their name in front beach, since I never notice this hotel after numerous visits in Boracay, my aunt was the one who recommended this hotel that's how I came to know about it. Maybe inviting bloggers for a free stay in exchange of free ads it could help more people discover this paradise. Social media really makes a difference! But choose a blogger who is not after the money. I truly loved my stay here. Thank you Paradise Garden!

Excellent Stay — Clean Rooms, Great Pools, and Thoughtful Service! I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms are very clean, spacious, and well-maintained you can really feel that they take cleanliness seriously. The multiple pools around the property are also a big plus they’re well-kept, relaxing, and perfect for both adults and kids to enjoy. Location wise: 3mins walk to the beach, near 711 and 3mins walk to thecheapest pasalubong area. What I truly appreciated the most was the "weighing scale for luggage" available at the information for guests to use before leaving. It’s such a thoughtful touch that made our departure stress-free since we were fully aware of our luggage weight before heading to the airport. I appreciate this so much, thank you 🥰 The staff were all so kind, courteous, and always willing to help they made our stay even more pleasant and memorable. Thank you for the excellent service and attention to detail. Highly recommended, will definitely comeback!
