I had a wonderful experience staying at City Avenue Hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. The housekeeping team did an excellent job in maintaining the cleanliness of the rooms and common areas.The hotel offers great value for money, with excellent facilities and a convenient location close to shops, restaurants, and major attractions. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free.I highly recommend City Avenue Hotel to anyone visiting Dubai. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay pleasant and memorable. I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit!

The hotel is good, rooms are very clean , and the receptionist was very helpful and smiling . But l have a minor comment : I felt the AC wasn’t working well; it was a bit hot . but overall , every thing was excellent ✨👍🏻

I booked this hotel for a birthday celebration on March 3 2026 but, sad to say that we were not able to come and enjoy the hotel. but I believe this hotel has an extra ordinary service because asking them a refund is quite easy. I called the klook office at Hongkong then, they just verified the cancellation of flights after a few hours a received a confirmation of hotel cancellation and proof of refund.
