Monkey Bay tours

The private transfer was great, just our team got hotel pick-up and drop-off service, so it was comfortable. Snorkels (the part you bite is new), fins, waterproof pack, and life jackets can all be purchased or rented, so it's really a tour you can just sign up for and go! When you get the briefing before departure, they give you toast, drinks, and a simple breakfast buffet(?), which I highly recommend eating a lot of!! Eat six slices of toast!! lol You get so hungry. I brought motion sickness medicine, but I took the motion sickness medicine provided on the tour and it worked so well that I was even considering buying Thai motion sickness medicine while shopping! 200% condition throughout the tour. Arrived at the first island, tons of fish even in the shallow water!! -Buffet-style lunch -Snorkeling - Monkey viewing (2 minutes?) -Snorkeling - End of tour. Magnum ice cream to finish. The course itself was very satisfying, very satisfying, very satisfying, but in terms of price, it felt a little lacking in value for money. Touring with over 50 passengers at once on a catamaran boat(?). It was off-season (rainy season), so even with this level of crowding, we bumped into each other a lot while snorkeling ㅠ Many boats from various tour companies were docked. I think you'd bump into a lot of people while snorkeling during peak season. Anyway, the tour course itself is very satisfying, except for the disappointing value for money!! I could have chosen a longtail boat or speedboat from a local travel agency, but I chose a catamaran for wave sickness and safety since it was the rainy season! It was the rainy season, but it didn't rain. Lucky to have a trip without a single drop of rain 🍀

itinerary: Maya bay was not included as close thos September otherwise it was a good itinerary. safety:lifejacket was provided all the times scenic views on board:the yatch gives you the bottom setting with aircondition and the top one with open air but protected from direct sun/rain. Both offers good view and you can walk around the boat. boat condition: it is clean and well maintained. guide: our guide Josh was very informative. Speaks in English/Thai/Chinese. The whole crew were actually very friendly and accmodating. They gives us clear instructions. They took our photos constantly during the tour, they are expert in taking those photos without us asking. They just offer. They look after us esp. when some had seasickness, they go around and check, offers meds and tigerbum oitment for relief. The food were delicious-pre departure, lunch in boat, 2 snacks of fruit platters & biscuits, and sushi & dessert before finishing. Money well spent.

This was a great day. Local doughnut and coffee provided on the pier before boarding the speedboat- the arrival process was well managed. Being from north Qld- the fish life was beautiful. We went to 3 snorkelling locations on the full day. Maya bay is stunning and I love that it is now protected. We need to respect this special place. The monkeys are cheeky. We also loved the bamboo island swimming - the waterfront here was stunning with crystal clear waters. Fresh pineapple was lovely. Lunch was basic rice and chicken. Our tour guide was sensational. She had a great sense of humour and clear information was provided as the day progressed. pack some cash for snack bar at bamboo for a treat. We enjoyed a banana smoothie.

Had such a wonderful time! Our tour leader Mr. Peter and the whole team were super friendly and caring. The itinerary was full and well planned. Plus, choosing the speed catamaran is a must — no bumps, amazing vibes, fun music during the ride, and last but not least, so many beautiful pictures on the catamaran🫢📸. We also had two snorkeling stops that were really nice. Highly recommend!!

Pong and team were really great at making sure the crowd was entertained and ensuring we got the best experiences although we were battling uncertain weather. I highly recommend the activity for anyone who is considering it!

amazing tour! it was definitely worth it doing the 7hr tour. our tour guide was very friendly and did some snorkeling with us pointing out things under water! definitely recommend doing this! i miss it already

I highly recommend taking a one-day tour to explore the breathtaking landscapes of Koh Phi Phi, ending the day with a stunning sunset. The highlight of my experience was witnessing the glowing sea creatures at night—it felt like something straight out of a Disney movie. An absolutely unforgettable experience!
