We returned to the hotel around 7:30 PM after starting in the morning. It was a really fun full-day tour, and lunch was included. Our guide was very friendly, and all the other participants were great people, which made it even more enjoyable. The souvenir shops we stopped at along the way were a bit pricey.

I really enjoyed it. The guide's English pronunciation was very clear, which made it easy for me to understand, even though my English isn't very good.

Aside from being contacted around 9 PM the evening before for the pickup time, the value for money was great! Whether or not you can get good photos with your group depends on which basket you're in, but the hot air balloon rotates periodically, so the scenic views are definitely satisfying! However, I recommend riding on the edge... haha.

It was a very satisfying tour. Ferman's explanations were clear and he was very kind. Also, when I asked if I could change the hotel for pickup and drop-off on the day of the tour, they agreed, which was a great help. It seems I chose a different ticket plan, and paying on-site ended up being more expensive, so I recommend booking a plan that includes tickets. (It was an additional +€28 on-site)
