The room environment is nice and clean. Staffs are friendly and helpful. It's a very convenient location, less than 5 mins walk to Lee Garden and Big C mini. I highly recommend staying here.

Best Hotel stay in hatyai and location is strategic but the massage centre is worst

Compared to my many previous stays, I think the management has begun to make improvements to make their hotel better. Their shampoo dispensers have been replaced with more practical ones. Perhaps they can replace or repair the chairs at the dressing tables and vacumn the floor during house keeping to make their guests have a more comfortable stay.

hotel is clean. got 2 7eleven nearby. got restaurant and food street. easy to find food if hungry at night. night time quite silent. can sleep with peaceful 😄there have no lift. location is great. can walk to Kim Yong market and Lee garden plaza. take grab if want to go greenway & central hatyai. thank you p residence.
