Insa-dong tours

We had a wonderful day with Jenny as our tour guide. It was very hot, and the pace of the tour was quite high! Jenny constantly checked to make sure everyone was doing okay in the heat. Thanks to the fast pace of the tour, we were able to see a lot in one day. Definitely recommended!

Seoul City Tour Review: The tour was a great experience and featured some of Seoul’s top attractions. From start to finish, the tour had a dedicated group and a knowledgeable guide who spoke English throughout, which made everything easy to follow. A lower rating on value for money only due to a discrepancy in klook vs other booking sites; I found to be charged almost double the price compared to some who had used tripadvisor; no fault of the tour operators, more so my own for not doing more research—everything about the tour itself ran well, and the team delivered a solid, fairly well-organized day given the 8hr itinerary. A special shout-out goes to Hanki/Eugene, who was great at his job. He stayed upbeat and helpful despite the very hot weather, and his professionalism made the tour better. Overall, I’d recommend the tour for anyone wanting to see major Seoul highlights with a friendly, English-speaking guide. just make sure to compare all options for the best value ;)

Eugene was an amazing guide. He kept us all very entertained while explaining everything. Time management wise he also had everything under control even though we had some people that missed the deadlines which caused delays. Overall also the tour itself is highly recommended. Lastly as this was a bit special the transfer to another tour group for the afternoon program worked like a charm again thanks to Eugene but also thanks to Eddie of the new group. Eddie similar to Eugene also did a fantastic job.

We loved this tour! It was just the two of us with Vincent, which made it feel really personal and relaxed. Vincent was a great guide and made the whole experience so much fun. The e-bikes were a great way to see Seoul, and we got to see and experience parts of the city we probably wouldn't have found on our own. The food stops during the ride were also a really nice touch. We had such a great time and would definitely recommend this tour, especially if you want to see Seoul in a different way. Vincent was wonderful!

This was one of the best tours i had in Seoul. Chris was our tourguide and we were only with a small group. 4 total including Chris. We started with a fried mandu ( dumpling) The best I’ve ever had. Then Koreanbbq, ice and something like a potato/pork pancake. In the best neighbourhood of Seoul. I really recommend this tour.

A relaxed, informative private tour for our family. Our guide, Park No Hill, was helpful and happily engaged with everyone, from the children to the grandparents. The minibus was spacious, clean, and perfectly sized to accommodate everyone comfortably. Mr. Park also set us up with a delicious lunch in a private room at a restaurant in Insadong that was a hit with the picky grandparents. Excellent value and a great experience to start our time in Seoul!

Our guide/driver was Hugo. He is a very experienced guide and made our journey a very comfortable one. He is also very friendly and helpful when we have questions to ask or photos to take. Overall, really satisfied with the tour and happy to have Hugo as our guide!
