Things to do in Hanoi

I traveled to Hanoi this December and I visited the Lotte Aquarium World. It fulfilled some childhood dreams. If you have kids going to Vietnam or Hanoi, it is a must-visit to see the Aquarium World. They have a huge variety of fish that you cannot even see in manila Ocean Park. It is easier to redeem the voucher. All you have to do is show the QR code to the front desk, and then you are ready to go. They have a mermaid show, a magic show, and a sea lion show.

Well-Organized and Memorable Day Cruise! We had a fantastic experience on this day cruise. The day began with an on-time hotel pickup from Old Quarter, and the bus ride to the harbour was smooth and comfortable. The cruise also departed right on time, which we really appreciated. Each stop allowed sufficient time for sightseeing and relaxing without feeling rushed. The views were beautiful, and the entire journey was well-paced despite being a full-day tour from 7:15 am to 8:15 pm. The lunch was good and fresh, though a few more vegetarian options would have made it even better. The crew was extremely friendly and made the trip fun and comfortable throughout. A special thanks to our tour guide "Tea" for excellent coordination, helpful insights, and maintaining such a positive atmosphere all day. His efforts truly made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, a smooth, enjoyable, and highly recommended cruise experience! 🌊☀️👌

loved the itinerary and the places. our guide explained everything very clear and even recommended what we need to do, very helpful as well shoutout to Alex!! What I don’t like is the transfer of guests it takes time but overall had a great time and met new friends as well!

This trip is my favorite activity while in Hanoi. Ninh Binh is almost 2 hours away from Hanoi but we had a smooth ride. This is very well organized trip, we had ample time to enjoy each destination. plus our guide luca is a great guide. we had a buffet for lunch. the food was good its just that there are many other people in the restaurant. overall this is a great experience.

it was a really good show and we were very impressed with the skill and the smoothness of how the puppeteers controlled their puppets. it was also very entertaining as we peeked into the lives of the Vietnamese through their folklore and also teasing of one another in the play. A must watch in Vietnam.

this was a wonderful day trip from Hanoi . our guide Binh (blue) was excellent . it was worth the money and time . being on middle of TET , it was less crowded and so we enjoyed a lot being in the nature and vast ocean , surrounded by limestone hills from times immemorial calling us from afar . magical it was . bring your personal, at least 1 litre of water bottle( no plastic) . once you reach Halong bay , plastic is not allowed anymore and you have to purchase water all the time which in total can be extra.

everything was super cool . our guide Arthur ( I can’t remember his Vietnamese name , sorry) was amazing . He speaks good English , knowledgable about history , architecture and places . full day packed of activities , from historic ruins to cycling in village roads surrounded by mountains and lakes and ponds full of lotus flowers . it was so refreshing from our every day hustling lifestyle of big city . the bamboo boat ( although nothing is made out of bamboo) ride was good , although it’s quite touristy after it is open . so better to reach and catch the first group of boats for it . there can be vendors selling many hand crafted artifacts , designs , paintings etc . if you wish , you can bargain and purchase it but they are not pushy at all . people are very admirable . one thing, you should respect their lifestyle and culture . in last word, book this tour , you wil not be desatisfied .

the hop on hop off bus was worth it. the 4-hour pass is good enough for the length of time the buses go around, though depends on whether people want to go around on the specific destinations as there are 14 stops.

Perfect tour for friends and family! Our guide Vincent was absolutely amazing. He was helpful and funny. We got enough time at each attraction and Vincent let us know all the good activities and photo spots. There were a lot of vegetarian options for food as well.
