great experience and amazing view on the glacier, we hiked to an ice cave. The operator provides warm layers if needed. We felt very safe flying and hiking with them

I was really looking forward to the helicopter flight experience that was originally planned for this West Coast glacier tour. Unfortunately, the trip was canceled the day before due to bad weather conditions the next day, so we didn't go to check in. Although I was inevitably disappointed at the time, I must sincerely give the operator a good review. They proactively notified us of the cancellation in advance, explained everything clearly, and put safety first, which made us feel their professionalism and responsibility. What's even more commendable is that the refund was processed very quickly, the process was transparent and smooth, without any delays or excuses, allowing travelers to adjust their subsequent itineraries with peace of mind. And this trip didn't leave any regrets. We switched to hiking local trails to viewpoints, looking at the glacier and mountains from the ground. Clouds flowed through the valleys, and the snow-white glaciers loomed, the grandeur and tranquility of which were equally shocking. We lost the aerial view, but gained a feeling of being closer to nature and slowly appreciating the beauty of the West Coast mountains. Weather is uncontrollable, but professionalism and integrity can be chosen. This is a company worth trusting. If I visit the West Coast of New Zealand again, I would still be willing to book again and make up for that unfinished flight experience. Safety first, clear communication, and quick refunds, highly recommended.

It’s a fantastic experience! We are so lucky to have done this on our first attempt, and on a sunny day with no strong winds. The glacier walk is stunning, providing insight into how glaciers form and how climate impacts them. The helicopter ride was exceptional, and the guide was very professional.

Great location with Lake Tekapo views from the room. It's a short walk to the Church of the Good Shepherd and you can stargaze by the lake at night. The room is spacious and comes with a kitchen and washing machine, which is very convenient.

Really love this place as is located near the lake without any other building blocking the view. Shared kitchen is well equipped with enough appliances and bowls/plates. Room is quite spacious. Room and toilet have heater. Room heater seems to be off automatically after some time. Warm shower and tap water provided in the toilet. Enjoy the lounge and kitchen with nice view. Lift and laundry are available. Only 2 washing machine and 2 dryers. Can be still quite pricey probably due to being a touristy area. FYI, no lupin in mid Oct.

it is amazing and unforgettable helicopter ride. we have booked 3 times but all has been cancelled due to weather started from Fox glacier, Queenstown and finally at Mount Cook we made it happen. thanks Klook and it is easy to book. high recommended to those interested.

You must join this tour when you visited Mt cook , you could try both Helicopter and ski plane in one time( Go by Helicopter and return by ski plane or reverse）. Very great experience to land the glacier , we could touch and walk on the snow , it’s funny indeed ! experience:

Really enjoyed this experience and was lucky enough to have a sunny day for it. However, for the 20-minute tour in the summer, the glacier experience doesn't fly to the actual glacier, but only stays beside ice blocks. Still, it was very novel and fun. If you want to participate in a glacier experience with actual glaciers, you need to join a longer tour because the distance is further. But for us first-timers, 25 minutes was more than enough and novel.

This is an experience of touring Cook Strait and the Southern Alps, as well as Fox, Franz Josef, and Tasman Glaciers. The helicopter landing on the snow was not possible due to the weather conditions at the landing site, so we took a light aircraft tour as an alternative. The scenery was so beautiful that I highly recommend doing it at least once. The safe flight and the rich explanation of the terrain and landscape are the highlights. My child loved it very much.
