We had a wonderful and very informative experience on the Toledo, Segovia, and Ávila tour. We learned so much about the history and culture of each place, and we were also given ample time to explore and enjoy the beautiful sights at our own pace.
Laura and Eduardo did an excellent job sharing all the information we needed throughout the tour. They were both helpful, friendly, and approachable, which made the entire experience even more enjoyable.
The organization was great, the destinations were fascinating, and the guides made the tour truly memorable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Spain!

Alejandro was very helpful throughout the entire trip. At the meeting point on Gran Vía, he gave clear instructions on where to wait, making everything easy from the start. Even though he had to repeat information several times, he remained patient and professional.
During the bus ride, he shared interesting facts about the places we visited and even showed us news articles on his phone, which was a thoughtful extra effort, especially on a Sunday. The trip from Madrid to Segovia was well-guided—he showed us the aqueduct, the Alcázar, and other picturesque spots while sharing useful details about the city. He also recommended good restaurants and suggested visiting a free museum, which was a great tip.
Alejandro was polite, respectful, and attentive to the group, making sure everyone was comfortable and informed, including giving time for restroom breaks. Overall, he did an excellent job, and I would gladly join another tour with him in the future.

The morning check‑in was very comfortable. While other tours were registering outside, Big Bus had a proper office with seating and restrooms, which made the start of the day much smoother.
The coach was large, clean, and extremely comfortable for just 11 guests, and the driving was careful throughout.
Danny was truly exceptional—warm, friendly, and full of engaging explanations at every stop. His guidance made the entire day feel safe, relaxed, and far more enjoyable than anything I could have experienced on my own. Thanks to him and our driver, the tour was meaningful, smooth, and wonderfully organized.
I also loved the tour design, which allowed us to explore key sites with Danny and then enjoy the town on our own afterward.

We had a great experience on the Segovia day trip booked through Klook. The whole tour was well organised, and the transport and meeting arrangements were smooth and easy to follow.
Segovia itself was beautiful, especially the Roman Aqueduct, the old town and the Alcázar. Our guide was friendly and informative, and gave us a good understanding of the history and important sights without making the tour feel rushed.
It was a convenient way to visit Segovia from Madrid, especially if you don’t want to organise the transport and itinerary yourself. Overall, a very enjoyable day trip and definitely worth doing if you’re visiting Madrid.

Carlos our tour guide was great very knowledgeable. The bus was clean and comfortable and thank god for ac. I wish it would have been longer to explore the castle and explore more of the city. Otherwise great tour. Segovia is a beautiful place will def return.
