service was great from the moment we contacted the concierge and it did not change during our stay. The atmosphere is elegant and relaxing, courtyard is beautiful, and you get all the details for facilities via WhatsApp after check-in which is very useful!

Vintage royal ambience, overall good rooms and decent stay. Reena Gariya the guest relations manager was kind, welcoming and helped us with an early check-in and further helped ease our stay by overriding some of the unreasonable protocols of the hotel, like helping us not to pay to have drinking water botels for the room. Make sure you get the room with breakfast included. The property might benefit with better traning of the reception staff as they seem very adament and slightly unwelcoming. They could also benefit with better communication and coordination amongst the different service departments of the hotel.

Great location near the airport and a surprisingly luxurious hotel. Very comfortable stay.

The staff is accommodating and pleasant, especially in cafe restaurant. They assisted us and made our stay very convenient and our sleep was very comfortable after our very long tiring trip.

good place and helpful receptionist. i would recommend this place as its near to airport, its cheap and its very safe
