Things to do in Seoul

Even though the weather wasn't that amazing, the tour itself was. Our guide Camila was very nice and helpful throughout the entire trip. I almost forgot to go to the detector meet-up but thankfully she sent me a reminder. Furthermore, she was really good at explaining everything which made the trip even better.

Jeny was such a sweet and engaging host and made the whole experience fun and flow smoothly. Nami Island was a great spot to see cherry blossoms and theres a lot of cute cafes and photo ops. My favorite was the Morning Calm Garden, though. so beautiful there and Tulips were in bloom!

This is my personal review, together with my wife on 15th Feb 2026 (Sunday) for 'Themed' hanbok & '4 hours' pass type. We have decided to engage with their professional photographer as an additional services, but of course with an extra fees, which i feel it's more worthwhile & strongly recommended to all who wishes to do phototaking in hanbok attire. Our photograper, Mr Taekwon Kang is very spontaneous, he who knows all & what he's done for both of us as couple on how to act & pose in differently to all places & locations inside the Palace. And he loves to take our photos romantically & requested us to kiss in almost every photographs. I thought that was cheeky but in a very good positive way in which me & wife were smiling & laughing at times. Back to the Hanboknam shop, the staffs who served us had patiently helped us with sincerity & dedication although they were all very busy serving to all the customers. Therefore, I would like to say thank you very much for everything.

great experience! great rides, good food. lots of staff members accommodated us with English even though we tried to speak Korean. honestly no complaints. also enjoyed Seoul sky although it’s advisable to go when the weather is clear so you can action enjoy the view.

Lovely experience! we took the lift to the cable cars (free), then spent quite some time in the queue for our ride but it was definitely worth it. From the observatory there is a 360 view on Seoul, there is also gift shop with post office so we were able to buy, write and send a postcard all in one place, while looking at the city. Highly recommended 👌

Visiting Seoul Sky was a highlight of our trip, largely thanks to how effortless the experience was. We booked our tickets via Klook, and the entry process was flawless; we simply scanned the QR code at the gate and walked right in. A pro tip: arrive before the sunset rush. We timed our visit perfectly and avoided any waiting lines, giving us immediate access to the views. The elevator ride itself deserves special mention. As someone who suffers from horrid motion sickness, I was anxious about the ascent to the 123rd floor. However, the elevator was incredibly smooth, so much so that I felt no discomfort whatsoever. It’s a technological marvel that makes reaching the top stress-free. Once up there, the panoramic views of Seoul were breathtaking. Highly recommend this experience for the efficiency and the comfort alone.

I absolutely loved the Nanta Show! It’s one of the most entertaining and unique performances I’ve ever seen. The combination of comedy, cooking, music, and incredible rhythm kept the audience engaged from start to finish. The performers are incredibly talented — their timing, expressions, and interaction with the crowd are just perfect. Even without any spoken dialogue, the story is easy to follow and filled with humor that transcends language barriers. The drumming using kitchen utensils and the synchronized choreography are simply mesmerizing.

Super awesome Aquarium! A bit hard to find for me (you have to go down into the mall area, not on street level), but that doesn’t effect my 5 star rating!

For all the ladies visiting Seoul, I highly recommend checking out this show. Everyone leaving today seemed to have a smile on their face (there were daughters bringing their mothers, and boyfriends waiting outside asking their girlfriends if they had a good time). Buying tickets through Klook is very convenient; you can only choose a section, and the actual seat assignment seems to be handled by the theater (your name and seat number are printed when you pick up the ticket). For this trip, I bought tickets for Wild Wild and was assigned a seat right in the middle, about one or two rows from the stage. While I didn't get the perks of sitting in an aisle seat, like having dancers straddle me, hold my hand, or touch my abs, being in the middle allowed me to see the sweat on the dancers' bodies, their chest muscles rising and falling with their breathing, and even their pores. Later, during the curtain call dance, I was able to stand up and high-five the dancers. It really allowed me to get into the high-energy atmosphere, and I was very satisfied. If you want to know the cast, you might need to check the official Wild Wild Instagram stories about two weeks before the show. Although it's 19+, it's really just like watching male models perform situational dances. Everyone should go and enjoy it with an open mind.
