Things to do in Ko Samui

From the moment we pick up until we go back it was more than perfect time and service.

Excellent, really worth the money. Breakfast was light but good. They gave out motion sickness pills, but the travel across to the national park was lovely. To be greeted by Dolphins. Our guide, Ken, was brilliant at explaining everything well and keeping us all in line 😂The hike up was quite arduous fabulous views of the surrounding island, that takes one hour. But you can relax on the beach, deckchairs 50 baht for 2 hours and a shop. Next stop the kayaking, it is only 30 mins round to the next beach but it is tiring if you are not a regular kayaker. Finally the emerald lake is very steep steps going up and down, again quite tiring but not as bad as the hike, nice and interesting at the top. There is a shop at the bottom to reward yourself with an ice cream! All the staff are really helpful and you can see they enjoy it. The itinery may change around depending on the weather. The crossing back to Samui was very choppy like a roller coaster but we loved it! All in all a great day

Had a nice Islqnd Tour all the way around Koh Samui and everything was on par, no delay with pickup and all stops were informative and interesting. The waterfall and elephant interaction on the last stop was the best part for me! The guide tended to waffle on a bit towards the end and we lost time at the temples due to this! Thank You tho i had a great day as this trip i can’t do boat trips so this was a perfect alternative for us!

導遊：Friendly and attentive 船況：Clean, comfortable and spacious. Complimentary bottle water and soft drink provided 行程安排：First stop was the Pig Island. We stayed for around 2.5hrs on the island. There are a few places where you can buy a coffee/beer, relax and just watch the pigs roam around. Second stop we went snorkelling in the waters outside Koh Tan. The reef and marine life weren’t very impressive but all in all a good day out. Buffet lunch provided at the pier where the tour started.

We were very well taken care of by the Insea team. The itinerary was planned well and we saw beautiful sceneries. Was able to see some fishes while snorkeling but it's not crystal clear waters full or multicoloured corals (don't expect that). The hike up Oha Jun-Jaras nature trail was no mean feat (500m to the top but you can turn around at the various viewpoints for a similarly breathtaking view) Buffet lunch was alright. Koh Mae Koh was the last stop and it was very beautiful as well. This lookout point is only 150m but the steps are steep.

Because it's a large boat, there are a lot of tourists. If you like to sunbathe, go to the third floor. Most people sit on the second floor; the engine on the first floor is too noisy. The food is good for a day trip. There's cake and coffee in the morning, and the fried chicken actually tastes pretty good for lunch. There are also banana cakes and drinks available in the afternoon, so the food is definitely a plus. A bottle of drinking water is provided for the morning itinerary. Climbing the mountain is not easy; the steps are very large, so be sure to wear comfortable athletic shoes. A large waterproof bag will be provided for the afternoon kayaking, so you don't need to bring your own. Remember to change into your swimsuit and flip-flops. The downside is that the large boat is relatively slow, taking 2 hours each way, and you have to change to a smaller boat to reach the island, which is quite tiring.

This was my first time joining a snorkeling tour. In the morning, a dedicated vehicle picked me up from the hotel, which was convenient and punctual. After arriving at the pier, I registered, put on a wristband, and waited until it was time to board the boat. Before boarding, someone took my picture; if I liked it, I could purchase it upon returning to the pier. During the trip and while snorkeling, I could follow the crew. They helped take underwater photos and would notify us if a sea turtle appeared. Unfortunately, I didn't see any that day, and the underwater coral wasn't as good as I imagined, nor were there many fish, which was a bit disappointing. The hour-plus boat ride out didn't seem entirely worth it. On the way back, the waves were incredibly strong; it felt like a roller coaster for almost two-thirds of the journey. It's best to take motion sickness medication beforehand, just in case. If you feel unwell on the boat, you can tell a crew member, and they will provide a plastic bag.

Evenings, we still sit there and just say: Wow! That was by far the coolest adventure and the highlight of our vacation. The quad tour was simply incredible – through water, up and down the mountains, with beautiful views. Everything was explained perfectly, and we felt safe the entire time. But the best part was the guides, especially Kodi. So friendly, attentive, and motivating! They always made sure no one was left behind. I was really scared of the zipline, but Kodi encouraged me the whole time and told me I could do it. Luckily, I listened to him – it was one of the highlights of the day! It was also great that the guides took our phone and took photos and videos during the tour. Now we have incredibly beautiful memories of that day. Many thanks to Kodi and the entire team.
