Things to do in Chengdu

Bipenggou is a very beautiful place where you can see lakes, mountains, and snow all in one location. We were quite lucky because it wasn’t too crowded on 12/29 (we heard that 1/1 or 1/2 was totally chaotic and overcrowded because of the public holiday). It’s just a pity that we only had 3–4 hours there (the total round-trip bus ride inside took about 1.5–2 hours), so we had less than 2 hours to actually explore and enjoy the place. By the time we arrived at the last spot, we only had about 5 minutes before we had to line up again to take the bus back. I would have preferred to spend an extra 30–40 minutes in Bipenggou and skip the Tibetan farmhouse instead. Ps: it was very cold at that time (12/29), so we really recommend you to buy oxygen outside the gate on winter season. we got headache, nosebleed after we went back to the city

I must give a big thumbs up to the trip managers! They were extremely thoughtful throughout the journey, patiently answering all kinds of questions and even planning the sightseeing routes in advance to avoid backtracking, which saved us a lot of time. During the trip, they also carefully reminded everyone to keep their personal belongings with them and stay hydrated, taking care of us just like friends. There were no shopping stops or hidden tricks the entire time, making us feel really at ease. Such a great service experience has made my impression of this trip even more wonderful.

Our tour guide was so enthusiastic and energetic, it was the perfect energy we needed to endure the very cold, snowy weather! It was a beautiful tour and very worth it! The bus seats were also very comfortable so the long rides didn’t even feel that long. Thank you for a great experience!! Highly recommend!

Our guide 四羊开泰, he's very organized, expert and professional in handling our trip yesterday. He gave us his tips to get the best views and communicated clearly and effectively. Highly recommended to get his guidance and service.

Saw the pandas up close and the park wasn't overly crowded. Our driver/guide showed us around Dujiangyan, sharing the history of the place. He was patient and flexible throughout the trip. we enjoyed the experience although there was quite a bit of walking.

Came to Xiling Snow Mountain for a day trip with the kids, and they had a blast! Snowmobiles, banana boats, building snowmen – there were so many activities to choose from. The facilities in the scenic area are excellent, and there are hot drinks for sale in the rest area, so it wasn't cold at all. The tour guide followed us the whole time, helping us watch our luggage and take photos. The service was super attentive. We'll definitely come again!

Guide 盼盼 was incredibly friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. She stayed professional even with the large crowds and freezing weather. The route had many uphill sections, yet she kept talking throughout—entertaining us and sharing so much interesting information about the pandas. We truly appreciated her effort and energy. Highly recommended!

Trips were interesting, have chance to experience the local culture, the beautiful of nature. drivers are thoughtful, recommend or brought us for suitable local foods and suggested change of itinerary to allow us to have more time exploring.

The 2D1N JiuZhaiGou tour package was excellent. The PIC contacted me through WeChat after the booking, and informed the necessary tour information the afternoon before. Instructions were very clear for the train journey from 成都东 to 黄龙九寨. We then met with our tour guide, Ms. 黄金花 once we reached 黄龙九寨 station. She was an excellent tour guide, providing organised and detailed information for both 黄龙 and 九寨沟 location. She was also very attentive and caring, consistently checking up on us and providing reminders throughout both locations as it was free and easy arrangement in these areas.
