Things to do in Hokkaido

We had a great time on this tour! Our guide Jenny was fantastic, super friendly, funny and enthusiastic about every place we went. It was really well organised and expertly timed. It’s a fast-paced trip but that really maximises how much you get to see in one day. It rained, but everywhere was still beautiful regardless. You will not regret seeing this side of Hokkaido!

Had a really wonderful trip today with our tour guide, Oscar! He was incredibly humorous, making the journey fun and engaging from start to finish. His cheerful personality kept everyone entertained, and he created a very enjoyable atmosphere throughout the day. What impressed me most was how thoughtful and well-organized he was. He managed the itinerary and time allocation at each stop exceptionally well, ensuring we had enough time to explore, take photos, and enjoy the attractions without feeling rushed. At the same time, he kept the tour on schedule, allowing us to experience everything as planned. Oscar was also attentive to the group’s needs, providing clear explanations, helpful recommendations, and making sure everyone was comfortable throughout the trip. His professionalism, enthusiasm, and excellent time management truly made a huge difference. Thank you, Oscar, for making this such a memorable and enjoyable experience. I had a wonderful experience on this Hokkaido Summer Tour with Klook. The itinerary was well organized, and we visited many beautiful places, including flower fields, waterfalls, and the famous Blue Pond. Every stop offered stunning scenery and great photo opportunities. A special thank you to our tour guide, Mr. Andy, who was kind, friendly, and very helpful throughout the trip. He provided clear explanations, kept the tour running smoothly, and was always willing to assist guests. He also recommended some excellent local restaurants in Hokkaido, which allowed us to enjoy delicious regional specialties during our free time. Overall, it was a memorable and enjoyable experience. Our family of 5 took the trip with our guide, Lucy. She’s helpful and informative. The trip was very accommodating to our plan getting around the area. Our highlight was the Lake hill farm. unfortunately we didn’t stay long there but we enjoyed our time during the trip.

That was the highlight of my trip to Japan. our guide Tetsu was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. the hotels we stay at were amazing. Itinerary is well thought through, every single spot is breathtaking.

The trip turned up to be surprisingly enjoyable despite we were too early for lots of flowers . The Blue Pond was spectacular despite the drizzly weather. Trip to Shikisai No Oka was truly eye opening and we truly immersed ourselves under the cool summer day. Farm Tomita never disappoints us with the chance to taste the ice cream and melon with the beautiful flower views. lastly must comment the guide Yan who patiently explained all the places of interest in English, Chinese and Japanese.

Japanese tours are very organized! they will chat you ahead of time with itinerary details. our guide, Kevin, chats our next itinerary & meet up point. he has his own camera that he takes photo of us. if you want sceneric view and relax mode, this is the best,except hiking in the morning so wear comfy shoes.haha. we did not do the cruise, it is a good choice since you cannot explore shopping stores if you did this. one flaw, the end time is 6PM but was on city by 5P, nonetheless, this tour is a must have in sapporo.

Lucy is the most dedicated and responsible tour guide I've encountered in recent years. From departure to our return home, all the itinerary explanations were incredibly clear, allowing us to travel with peace of mind. Lucy provided us with a wealth of knowledge about Hokkaido's history, culture, and culinary scene, ensuring that we not only relaxed comfortably on the bus but also enjoyed comprehensive and fascinating commentary. Our bus driver was also extremely conscientious, with excellent driving skills. He maintained stability even on winding mountain roads. For long-distance bus tours, a reliable driver is essential, and today's driver truly showcased the meticulous and diligent side of the Japanese people. I am very satisfied with this tour, and the itinerary planning offered exceptional value! I will definitely participate again in the future! I also hope to specifically request Lucy to be my five-star tour guide! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Mt. Moiwa Ropeway & Observation Deck offer one of the best viewpoints in Sapporo. Simply exchange your QR code for a physical ticket, then join the queue for the ropeway and connecting cable car to the summit. The ropeway cabins are spacious and can accommodate many passengers. I highly recommend arriving before sunset and staying into the evening — you'll get to enjoy both daytime and nighttime views, each with its own unique charm. The panoramic scenery from the observation deck is absolutely stunning, overlooking Sapporo city, the surrounding mountains, and the distant coastline. A must-visit attraction when in Sapporo.
