Mineyama Ski/Snowboard Day Trip | from Osaka & Kobe

trip from Osaka with 3 hour journey. 5 hours play at ski is enough as after few rounds of lift up slide down, it is getting tired for one day. winter wear and equipment is in good condition. staf is welling to help even not so fluent in English. a beginner slope is good for us

We picked up participants first from Osaka and then from Kobe. The entire journey was about 3 hours, with a stop at a convenience store along the way. The reception staff were very responsible (Japanese + translated communication). Staff will provide a form on the bus (to fill in equipment size) & online e-vouchers (Japanese and English versions) for on-site redemption of other equipment. The price includes ropeway tickets, ski equipment, gloves, snow goggles, jacket & pants, which is great value 👍🏻 However, you need to redeem them at different locations, and it takes a little time to queue to get the equipment. On the day, it was past lunchtime and only the cafe menu was available. When I arrived at about 3 o'clock, only snacks were available. Other food is also available outdoors, but the outdoor weather is very cold. In addition, the electronic coupons also offer bathing discounts at nearby hotels, so you can reserve time to bathe after skiing to relieve fatigue 🤗

It was our first skii experienced and my daughter enjoyed it very much. The tour guide was very nice and accomodating. He assisted my family to almost everything we needed to do from explaining the itinerary until we geared up. THANK YOU SO MUCH. 🥰 Tour was on point with following schedule. Kudos to the bus driver as well. All in all the tour was worth it. Good job👍

The tour includes rental of all equipment. A deposit of $500 per person is required for the cable car pass, which can be refunded at the end. The less convenient part is that the guide speaks Japanese throughout the tour. Perhaps all the itinerary information was already presented on the tour bus, but since I couldn't understand it, I had to figure out how to ask questions at the snow resort myself. 😅

It took more than 3 hr from Namba OCAT to Mineyama Kogen resort white peak. Departure time was about 7.30. Next stop was Kobe Sannomiya to pick more passengers. Arrival time is about 10.30. However, the place was awesome !! I rent snowboard set (board+boots, not wears), LIMON gave me discount ticket for rental, then I paid only 1500 JPY. Furthermore, LIMON gave me voucher for meal 1000 JPY. Ski life 1-day pass was included in this package but 500 JPY deposite was required (after returned the lift card, I got 500 JPY back -> Cash or IC card was OK.)

It takes about 3 hours by car from Namba, and you will pass through Kobe to pick up passengers. Then you will pass through a highway rest stop for 15 minutes where you can buy drinks and food. The ski resort is relatively small and not too crowded, making it perfect for beginners. However, the beginner slope is quite flat, and you have to take a lift up the mountain to ski down. The package is very good value and includes the shuttle bus, ski resort entrance fee with equipment and ski wear, cable car, and even rental of small items like ski goggles, gloves, and helmets. There is also a snow play area or sledding for children.

Went on a weekday at the end of January 2026. There was plenty of snow, not crowded, and suitable for beginners to practice! Beautiful scenery, comfortable tour bus!

just needs a lot of guidance since there’s no guide to tell us where to go and what to do. but very fun and a lot of things to do

The price around ₱5k is already inclusive of transport, gears (ski or snowboard gears), wear (jackets, boots, pants, helmet, gloves, and goggles), this is really the best package! Plus many slopes are really beginner friendly. And if you’re not a beginner, lifts for cables (different slopes) is also included. We did not spend additional money for other things except food! This is the best package.

The travel agency arranged for a clean and comfortable large bus to take everyone, and the tour guide was very professional, friendly, and patient. Although Mineyama Kogen Highland is a bit far, it's really a great place for beginners to practice. The equipment is quite new, and although it hasn't snowed, falling on the artificial snow is quite comfortable. At the children's park, you can play on snow sleds and ski, and there's also a conveyor belt to ride uphill. The slope for skiing is perfect for beginners, and it's also a great place to practice.
