In recent years, it has invested heavily in the creation of movie posters.

Highlights of the exhibition

☆ The creation process and details of classic works The first paragraph of the exhibition introduction (updated) “Cat Series” depicts the communication between cat dolls and animals, “Little Love Letters”, a collection of pictures and texts that are exquisite and full of emotions, “GUSTAVE-kun”, a mischievous and endearing story of a wonderful character, etc. that have been released and produced so far. The original manuscripts of well-known works, from the introduction of the story theme to the graphic design of the inner pages, are fully presented one by one, allowing you to deeply appreciate the classic works of Higuchi Yuko in his many years of creative career.

☆ Surprising and interesting three-dimensional display Exhibition introduction second paragraph picture The images under the brush jump out of the plane and transform into cute felt dolls created by the puppet artist Imai Masashiro. Through clever sewing techniques and facial expressions hand-painted by Higuchi-sensei, the characters seem to be breathed into life and staged before their eyes. The storyline started. In addition to felt dolls, the exhibition also includes various three-dimensional display objects such as wood-carved mini books, Japanese hanging scrolls and screens. You can feel the difference of each work through a variety of textures.

☆ New works specially drawn for the Taiwan station The third section of the exhibition introduction With the new exhibition theme “Fantasy Animal Forest”, teacher Yuko Higuchi specially drew a new key visual and Taiwan-limited ticket map for Taiwan. The main visual incorporates the plants that grow in Taiwan’s unique climate, the character of Taiwanese people, and Taiwan’s Traditional floral patterns and other impressions of Taiwan, and these classic animal characters written by the teacher are presented in the Taiwan station limited ticket design with the image of “put on cute clothes and get ready to go to Taiwan!”

☆ A dark aesthetic series with a unique sense of conflict The fourth paragraph of the exhibition introduction The girls, snails, mushrooms and other elements that appear in “Fear” are only sold at Higuchi Yuko Gallery in Tokyo. The horror-style expression is combined with cute and strange patterns to create a unique contrast that belongs to Higuchi’s style; based on the Dutch painter Hieronymus. Hieronymus Bosch and Peter the Elder. The “BABEL Higuchi Yuko Artworks” collection is reinterpreted based on the works of Pieter Bruegel. A really neat exhibition to check out if you’re visiting the Chiang Kai Shek Memorial like I was! Especially if you’re into art, fairy tales, cartoons, and any one or a combination of these! The details on Higuchi’s illustrations are exquisite and they also sell lots of adorable goodies and even customized stickers.

Full marks! It would not be an exaggeration to give one more star. There are so many exhibits that it is dizzying. Each work is drawn by the author one by one, very delicately. The theme of this painting is so happy especially for viewers who like cats or animals. It is full of childishness and imagination, and even the peripheral products are very attractive. It is so good to buy. I recommend everyone to come and see it. Of course, whether you can keep your wallet in the end depends on your personal practice.

It’s very beautiful, and the peripheral products are even better. I’m used to visiting the product store before going to the exhibition. I go crazy as soon as I enter. If it weren’t for the shortage, I might lose tens of thousands of dollars. I really want that set of cups and mirrors. , there are a lot of drawings in the exhibition, it is worth staying for three hours to take a closer look, one of the few foreign exhibitions has such rich exhibits

I bought pre-sale tickets very early, but I just didn’t have time to go see it. Finally, with three days to go before the exhibition, I decided to rush north. The Hualien earthquake a few days ago did not seem to have much impact on Taipei. The exhibition hall was crowded with people.

The best art exhibition I have seen in recent times. A large number of original works are on display. It is a feast for the eyes. It can also be used as a half cat exhibition. It is full of cuteness♡ even the peripherals can be sold to the out-of-stock exhibition. It is very worth it!

You can admire a large number of paintings by Higuchi Yuko. The hair of cats and tigers is painted with lifelike brushstrokes. There are also many hand-painted movie posters. This exhibition is worth seeing.
