What to expect
Whenever you mention Tai Hang, you will think of a century-old tradition: the fire dragon dance! This place is also a Hakka village in the past. In addition to retaining many historical buildings, it is also full of various cultural and youth shops. It is deeply loved by everyone, so it is also called the back garden of Causeway Bay.
This time, we will take you on a slow tour of the Dakeng community, explore the heritage and craftsmanship behind the century-old Lotus Palace, the Dakeng Fire Dragon Dance, taste Hakka dishes, and make tea cakes by yourself, bringing the taste of Hakka back to the house.
Itinerary Description:
- Meet at Tin Hau Station at 12:30
- Roaming around the Dakeng community, including the hundred-year-old temple Lotus Palace
- Visit Tai Hang Fire Dragon Cultural Center
- Enjoy Hakka lunch in the historic site
- Tea cake making
- Transfer by coach to Tsim Sha Tsui to disband (Tour fee includes lunch, tour bus transfer, insurance for COVID-19 coverage)







Good to know
· Wear suitable walking shoes, no slippers
· The minimum number of people in the group is 10. If the number is insufficient, the trip will be cancelled, and an email notification of the cancellation of the trip will be sent 7 days before the departure date.
· Please be sure to arrive at the designated location 15 minutes before, in order to avoid delaying the next trip, we will not wait if you are overtime.
· One day before departure, the staff will inform the guests to implement the team information
· Two hours before departure, if the Hong Kong Observatory issues Tropical Cyclone Signal No. 3 or above, or a black rainstorm warning signal, the group will be cancelled. Tropical Cyclone Signal No. 1, Amber or Red Rainstorm Signal Teams depart as usual. If some scenic spots cannot be visited due to rainy weather, the staff will decide to change or cancel it depending on the safety situation at the time, and the tour fee will not be refunded. For other natural disasters and circumstances beyond human control, the company reserves the right to cancel or change the itinerary and notify the participants as soon as possible.
